Warranty Repairs & Returns

For all defective products covered under manufactures warranty please send an email Sales@starboardmarineny.com or call 516-764-1224.

Have original invoice number, unit serial number and reason for repair or return.

Return Policy

Merchandise can be returned for credit within 20 days of original invoice. Returned product must be in original packaging as new.  All special orders are not returnable.

Dealer Application:

In order to qualify to become a dealer of our products please provide the following;

Copy of Business License

Resale Certificate (New York Residents Only)

Trade References

Bank Reference

Shipping

Flat Rate Shipping Program

Starboard Marine offers a flat rate shipping policy of $9.95 for orders shipped within the continental United States. This policy only covers FedEx and UPS GROUND shipments. Oversized products do not qualify for flate rate shipping and will be charged at published rates.

Drop shipments are available at no additional charge.
